Jonathan Young Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Jonathan Young of Waltham, Massachusetts. Jonathan, born on October 24, 1946, passed away on September 26, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Jonathan for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. He was predeceased by: his parents, Morton L. Slater and Ruth Anne Slater (Haskell); and his sisters, Deborah Young and Lauren Larsen. He is survived by: his wife Janis; his brothers, Rodney (Edie), Gar and Timothy (Priscilla); his close friend Jo Frances Masciulli (Jon); and his friends, Don Nolte (Ursula) and Ed Varallo (Nancy). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
