She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard "Lenny" Kaplan; her daughter Wendy Kaplan (Kris Wyatt); and her brothers, Melvin and Bill Smith. She is survived by: her children, Marcia Kaplan (Todd Fishman) and Mark Kaplan (Helaine); and her grandchildren, Sydney Fishman, Bella Fishman, Alexa Tanzer and Matthew Kaplan.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Sharon Memorial Park Chapel (40 Dedham St, Sharon, MA 02067).
