He is survived by: his siblings, John Kazaka of Boston, Nazih Kazaka of Boston and Evelyn El-Ghorayeb of Beirut; and his niece Yzabela Najjar-Khoury (Rafic) of Waltham. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
