It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lela Chiavaras Christopher of Waltham, Massachusetts, born in Nashua, New Hampshire, who passed away on August 12, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel S. Chiavaras and Bessie H. Chiavaras (Dedousis); and her husband Thomas C. Christopher. She is survived by: her cousins, Marie Chiavaras Younker (Gary) of Waltham and Debbie Chiavaras; and also, Chad and Robert.

She was a good friend of my oldest sister, Helen We were fond of her whole family, her wonderful husband Christopher who predeceased her, her father Dan Chiavaras who was very kind to my mother Jane upon our dad's permanent hospitalization Please contact us . Her mother , Besse was for many years , my dad's nurse (Dr Cyrus Comninos) . She was a credit to her profession .”
