She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Peter LeBlanc and Emma LeBlanc (LeBlanc); her husband Vincent R. O'Connor; her brothers, Joseph and Paul LeBlanc; her nephew Paul LeBlanc of West Virginia; and her great-niece Francine Mitchell-Spencer.
