He was predeceased by: his parents, Geoffrey LeFort and Flavie LeFort (Aucoin); and his brothers, Albert, Simon-Pierre, Luis-Joseph, Joseph-Mederic and Alphonse of Cheticamp, NS..
He is survived by: his wife Mary Pauline Aucoin; his children, Robert Denis, Celeste LeFort of Mineral, VA, Maurice Paul and Delcarme LeFort of Whitinsville, MA; his grandchildren, Michelle, Daniel Powers and Nicole LeFort; his great grandchildren, Nathaniel Robert and Samuel Matthew Powers; his brother Armand (Margarita LeFort); and his sister-in-law Mary Julia LeFort.
