Luz Aviles Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Luz Aviles (Waltham, Massachusetts), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 2, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Luz may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Luz touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco and Sons Memorial Chapels (773 Moody St, Waltham, MA 02453). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (145 School St, Waltham, MA 02451). A burial will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at the Mt. Feake Cemetery (203 Prospect St, Waltham, MA 02453).
