We are sad to announce that, on May 28, 2025, at the age of 82, Merrily L. Smith of Waltham, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Lydon and Dorothy Lydon (Penney); and her sister Penney Lydon. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia L. McCarthy (Richard) of Westwood, David F. Smith, Jr. (Doreen) of Greenwood Village, CO, Stephanie L. LeBlanc (Raymond) of Hopkinton and Jennifer L. Falcione (Brian) of Stoughton; her grandchildren, Merrily, Shane, Mary Kate, Kory, Michael, Jake, Kiera, Alana, Madilyn and Jillian; her stepgrandsons, Kevin and Stephen; her great grandchildren, Millie and Liam; her siblings, Sue Ellen Lydon-Daddona (Jack) of Waltham, Andrea Arnold (Robert) of Waltham and Steven Lydon (Denise) of Waltham; and her former husband Dave Smith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
