He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Fratto (Retired Cambridge) and Dorothy Fratto (D'Onofrio); his sister Brenda A. Fanara; and his in-laws, Attorney Edward T. Bigham Jr. (Marie), Joan M. Bigham and Edward T.'Jeep'Bigham III.
He is survived by: his son Dr. Brian E. Fratto of Holden; and his brother Ofc. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces & nephews.
