He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmore Hanscom and Gladys Hanscom (Ricker). He is survived by: his wife Cynthia F. Hanscom; his children, Mark J. Hanscom (Kari) and Theresa J. Hanscom; his grandchildren, Trystyn, Delaney (Evan), Brenden (Alex) and Ian; and his great grandchild David.
