He was predeceased by: his parents, Gardner Perkins and Marie Perkins of Beverly, Mass.; his son Richard Perkins Jr.; and his brother Ronald Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Marie Perkins (Pastore); and his children, David Perkins and Diane Perkins.
