He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Hazel I and Irene Hazel (Farrell). He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Hazel (Close); his children, Robert L. Hazel III (Sara), Christopher J. Hazel (Jacquelyn) and Elizabeth Savage (Michael P. Savage) of Center Harbor; and his grandchildren, Mattie, Jack, Luke, Paige, Parker and Joey. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
