He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Rita McCarthy (Wainwright); and his siblings, Paul of Waltham and Karen of Waltham. He is survived by: his wife Susan McCarthy (Campbell); his sons, Ryan (Beth), David (Bianca) and Andrew (Lisa); his grandsons, Connor and Liam of Hudson; and his brother-in-law Bruce Campbell (Jacqui). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
