He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas J. Short and Alice Short (Hardy); and his stepbrother Joseph Caggiano. He is survived by : his wife Janice E. Engelsen; his daughter Heather J. Bertolami (Carl) of Milford; his grandchildren, Dante and Zoe Bertolami; and his stepsiblings, Kenneth Short of Quincy and Rita Taylor of Weymouth. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 1:15 PM at the Massachusetts National Cemetery.
