He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Gjika and Florence Gjika; and his siblings, William Gjika, Daniel Gjika, Dimitra O'Brien and Lillian Sotiros.
He is survived by: his wife Mary G. Gjika (Mazzola); his son Steven J. Gjika; his daughter-in-law Michelle Gjika; his grandchildren, Rachel and Nicholas; his son Mark A. Gjika (Lisa Sellers); his grandchildren, Dylan, Marissa and Anthony; his daughter Catherine DiRocco (Gjika); and also, David DiRocco, Vincent and Gina. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons (773 Moody St, Waltham, MA 02453). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco & Sons Memorial (773 Moody St, Waltham, MA 02453).
