Virginia (Sinclair) Platt Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia (Sinclair) Platt (Waltham, Massachusetts), who passed away on April 22, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Sinclair and Elizabeth Sinclair; and her sister Martha Locke. She is survived by: her husband Edwin Winfield Platt, Jr.; her children, Winfield Platt III (Cynthia), Gregory Platt (Veronica) and Victoria McShane Platt (Stephen); her grandchildren, Winfield Platt IV, Ashley Platt Varitimos, Garrett Scanlon, Gregory Platt Jr., Sarah Platt, Catherine Platt, Michael McShane, Jessica McShane, Jennifer McShane McNeil and Kimberly McShane Habib; her great grandchildren, Parker, Tenley McNeil and Mia Habib; and her sister Elaine Sinclair Fowler.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Support Network, 1421 Pine Ridge Rd, Suite 100, Naples, FL 34109 in Virginia's honor.
