He was predeceased by: his wife Bertha; his siblings, Doris Malkiel, Jeannette Davis and Perley Rea; his grandson Evan; his son-in-law James Michael Halpin (Mick); and his parents, George A Rea and Charlotte Rea (Perley).
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Rea (David Wilson) of Concord, William Rea (Rachelle) of Natick and Carolyn Rea of Burlington; his grandchildren, Charlotte, Nadine (Levi), Victoria, Daniel and Elizabeth (Allan); his great grandchildren, Ida Mae and Whitman; and his nieces, Barbara, Leslie, Amy, Sherie and Jennifer.
