He is survived by: his wife Lucille Pilch (Cloutier); his children, Chrissie Mancini (Tony) of Avon, CT, Johnny Pilch of Ware and Patti Munroe (Bill) of Los Altos, CA; his grandchildren, Kyra Munroe of Berkeley, CA and Jake Munroe of Los Altos, CA.; and his siblings, Mariann Robertson of Medway, MA and David Pilch (Ellen) of Ware.
