He is survived by : his children, Kayla Smith and Sean Miller; his siblings, Bill Smith of Warren, Patty Smith of West Warren and Barbara Olearczyk of Warren; his niece Alexis Olearczyk; and his nephews, Nathan Olearczyk, Greg and Edward Mello.
