He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. "Jack" Colp and Arlene Colp Doten (Grover); and his son Edward J. Colp, Jr. (Nina). He is survived by: his wife Andrea J. Colp (Petrie); his children, Mark E. Colp (Erin), Boston, John L. Colp (Marissa) of Winthrop, Michelle P. Colp of Wareham, Craig D. Colp of Bridgewater and David P. Colp; his grandchildren, Isaiah, Elise, William and Caroline Colp; his siblings, John A. "Jack" Colp, Jr. of Brockton, David Colp of Stoughton, Diane Condon of Stoughton and Deborah Sharples of Stoughton; and his pets, Ollie, Loki, Jenna and Bailey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Farley Funeral Home (358 Park St, Stoughton, MA 02072). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (122 Canton St, Stoughton, MA 02072).
