He was predeceased by: his father David Shulenburg. He is survived by: his mother Wendy Shulenburg; his sister Ashlee Vroom (Nicolas Vroom); his nephew Hudson Vroom; and his siblings, John Shulenburg (Madi Ladd) and Steffanee Shulenburg (Dyvonte Johnson). He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Stroke Foundation in Jake's memory.
