He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H., Jr. and Charlotte F. Bell (Robertson). He is survived by: his wife Donna S. Bell (Lundblad); his sons, James W. Bell, II of Foxborough and Peter B. Bell (Chelsea Fields) of Blackstone; his granddaughter Opal; and his brother Robert H. Bell, II of Middleboro. He is also survived by many loving cousins and friends.
