He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Kelly and June Morris (Goston). He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Hanley-Kelly; and his siblings, John Kelly of Hooksett, NH, Donald Kelly and Donna Watkins of Palatka, FL. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
