He is survived by: his children, Dawn Marie Marshall of Cohoes, NY, Jeffrey J. Spencer (Coleen) of Wareham, Teri Ann Spencer of New Bedford and Pamela Jean Spencer of Kissimmee, FL; his sisters, Carol Almeida of Rockville, MD and Virginia Stevens of Fairhaven; his grandchildren, David Marshall, Dana Stewart, Joel Andrews, Chelsea Seaver, Alek Andrews and Bryce Spencer-Jones; and his great grandchildren, Kiera Marshall, Thomas Marshall, Sierra Andrews and Cleopatra Santiago. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
