He was predeceased by: his daughter Erin Cahill of Wareham, MA.; and his brother Thomas Cahill (Flor Cahill) of Eastham, MA.. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen L. Cahill; his children, Shannon Cahill (Leigh Shenk) of Boston, MA, Haley Cahill (Benjamin Moore) of Pawtucket, RI and Ben Cahill (Smriti Lakhey) of Washington, DC.; his grandsons, Keegan, Nikhil and Sabin Cahill; his parents, Thomas and Bridget Cahill of Dedham, MA; and his siblings, Mary Canniff (Joseph Mulkern) of Buzzards Bay, MA and Kevin Cahill (Deborah Stockbridge) of Walpole, MA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and wonderful friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Wareham Village Funeral Home (5 Center St, Wareham, MA 02571).
