It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Luiz Souza of Wareham, Massachusetts, born in Acushnet, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 12, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Manual Luiz and Hazel Elizabeth Souza (Hudson); and his brother Brian Souza. He is survived by: his wife Chan Souza (Pongsamarn); his daughters, Dawn Souza of Wareham and Diana Souza of Hyannis; his granddaughter Samantha Souza; his siblings, Glenn Souza of New Bedford and Kathleen Souza of New Bedford; his aunt Ezara Souza Pires of Fairhaven; and his uncle Henry Souza of Dartmouth.
