She was predeceased by: her husband Donald N. Barrows; her parents, Ernest Matthews and Emma Matthews (Nunes); and her siblings, Ernest Jr. Matthews, Louis Matthews, Larry Matthews, Ronald A. Matthews and Patricia Monterio.
She is survived by: her children, Wanda Peters, Donald A. Barrows, Dwayne Barrows, Paige Haggins, Marc Barrows and Roxanne Hayes; her grandchildren, Jazmyne, Dwayne, Dylum, Nichelle, Curtis and Marlene; and her great grandchildren, Kaliana, Vada, Carter and Theo. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
