Andreas Dimacopoulos Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Andreas Dimacopoulos (Watertown, Massachusetts), who passed away on February 27, 2026 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine (Kahiouteas); his parents, Theodore and Eleni (Papantoniou); his siblings, Konstantinos Dimacopoulos (Christina) and Dimitra Papadopoulos (Dionysios); and his siblings-in-law, Christina Giannopoulos and Stelios Kahiouteas.
He is survived by: his children, Helen Orphanos (John), Maria Alex (Gary) and Ted Dimacopoulos (Fanoula); his grandchildren, Alex Orphanos (Presvytera Patricia), Andrianna Orphanos, Christos, Catherine, Spiro Alex, Andreas and Katerina Dimacopoulos; his great grandchildren, John and Zoe Katerina Orphanos; and his sister-in-law Fotini (Dimitrios Milonakos). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to St. Nectarios Greek Orthodox Church, or St. Methodios Faith and Heritage Center, 329 Camp Merrimac Road, Contoocook, New Hampshire, 03229.
