With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Long of Watertown, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 15, 2026 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Carol may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Carol touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Kendall and Erina Kendall (Browne); and her spouse Jerry R. Long. She is survived by: her son Richard Long; her cousin Barbara Marquis of Maine; Janice Long of New Hampshire.
A funeral service was held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at the TBD Brown & Hickey Funeral Home (36 Trapelo Rd, Belmont, MA 02478).
