He was predeceased by : his wife Joyce A. Hynds (Sullivan); his parents, John Hynds and Annie Hynds (Coyle); and his siblings, John, Michael "Joe", Henry "Harry", Robert "Bobby" Hynds, Maria "Mary" Lewis, George Hynds, Frances "Franny" Hynds and Ann Paino. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
