He is survived by : his wife Ann Rynne (Noe); his siblings, Edward J. Rynne Jr. of Alexandria, VA, Mary Ann Rynne of Houston, TX and Valerie E. Rynne of San Mateo, CA.; his nephew Thomas F. Peskin of San Mateo, CA; his nieces, Amara Johnson Dupré of Houston, TX and Laura R. Peskin of Oakland, CA; his siblings-in-law, Frank Noe of Milford, MA and Donna O'Rourke (Noe) of Plymouth, MA; and his extended family, Sullivan, Baltadonis and Noe.
