She was predeceased by : her former life partner Joseph Bourque, Sr.. She is survived by : her children, Lori Collin (Jerry) and David J. Thayer (Irma); her stepdaughters, Linda Barter (Warren) and Judith Brooks; and her sister Marjorie Sanborn. She is also survived by other stepdaughter and several stepsons, many grandchildren, step grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and a great-great grandchild.
