She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred Muskalski; her son James J. "Jay" Muskalski; and her siblings, Gregory Luck, Lee Luck Sharlin and Randall Luck.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa M. Alexander of Watertown, Philip C. Muskalski and Paul M. Luck; and her brother James E. "Jay" Luck (Julie) of Waltham. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
