She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. and Mary J. Heffernan (Barnes); her husband Gerald "Jerry" Boudreau; and her siblings, John E. Heffernan Jr. and Marjorie A. Freeley.
She is survived by: her children, Judith A. James (Christopher) of Londonderry, NH, Jeanne M. Burhoe (John) of Holliston and Raymond J. Boudreau (Sarah) of Waltham; and her grandchildren, Jonathan F. James, Evan J. Burhoe, Elizabeth M. James and Henry J. Boudreau. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
