He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Lewis and Angeline Lewis; and his brother Dean A. Lewis. He is survived by: his sisters, Jane Abbas (George) of Mesa and Nancy Helle (Charles) of Vinton, Iowa; and his siblings' children, Craig, Derek Lewis, Gregory, Jeffrey, Bradley Abbas, Andrew, Scott Helle and Jennifer Jirak (Helle). He is also survived by several grand-nephews and grand-nieces; and numerous dear friends.
