She was predeceased by: her husband Christopher P. Tanca; her son William Tanca; her siblings, Nicholas Cutitar, Aura Brubeck and Mary Martucci; and her parents, George Cutitar and Ida Cutitar (Geanacou).
She is survived by: her son Michael C. Tanca (Heidi) of Tariffville, CT; her grandchildren, Christopher Tanca (Silvia Fumagalli) of Seregno, Leslie Tanca (Ken Binick) of Greenwich, CT, Lauren Peciaro (Dan) of Uxbridge, Leigh Vaughn (Ryan) and Mark Tanca (Rie) of South Windsor, CT; and her great grandchildren, Livia, Lawton, Leo, Ava, Jameson, Amelia, Violet, Vittoria and Camelia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
