She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Kozlowski and Anna Kozlowski (Vajcovec); and her sister Caryl Breen of Webster. She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" P. D'Alessandro of Webster; her children, David D'Alessandro (Tamara Kruzel) of Webster and Gina (Joseph Kreidler Jr.) of Webster; her sister Ann (Jay Marchant) of Rhode Island; her grandchildren, Lauren (Steven Germain), Nicole D'Alessandro, Emily Kreidler, Kyle (Alyssa Kreidler), Julianna D'Alessandro and Emilia Kreidler; and her great grandchildren, Lydia Kreidler, Nora Kreidler and Hadley Germain. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home and Cremation (48 School St, Webster, MA 01570). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Louis Church (15 Lake St, Webster, MA 01570).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Black Tavern Historical Society, 138 Center Road, Dudley, MA 01571.
