Loper of Webster; his grandsons, Dominic Palmerino, Hunter Palmerino, Michael Loper and Joshua Palmerino; his great grandchild Caeden Palmerino; his son Joshua M. Meagher; his sister Kathleen Baca; and his parents, Charles M. and Mary E. Meagher (Donovan). He was also cherished by nephews and nieces.
