He is survived by: his son Donald Kevin Andre, III of Worcester; his parents, Lorraine Grimes of Worcester and Donald Kevin Andre, Sr. of Southbridge; and his siblings, Tonya O'Neil of Worcester and Scott O'Neil of Worcester.
