She was predeceased by: her husband Zenon Sosnowski; her siblings, Anest "Clark" Buchka, Tom Baxter, Michael Buchka, Vasil "Bill" Buchka, Leon "Sonny" Buchka, Olga Buchka, Marha Kenneway, Julia DiBonaventura, Shirley Joliecoeur, Alice Barry and Hazel A. Buchka; and her parents, Stathi E. Buchka and Stathesi "Stella" Buchka (Mateor).
She is survived by: her sons, Gary L. A. Sosnowski (Lynn) of Woodstock, CT and Kevin J. Sosnowski (Denise) of Bluffton, SC; and her grandchildren, Derek Sosnowski, Bryan (Casey Sosnowski), Clay (Jade Sosnowski) and Carinne Sosnowski. She is also survived by great-granddaughter.
