He was predeceased by: his grandsons, Theodore G. Pajak and James D. Pajak; and his parents, Gary D. Ballou and Dianne E. Ballou (Gaudere). He is survived by: his wife Meredith J. Ballou (LePore); his children, Courtney S. Pajak (Gabriel K. Pajak) of Woodstock, Dakota T. Ballou (William A. Fishbeck) of Dudley and Brandon T. Ballou of Webster; his brother Scott W. Ballou; his grandchildren, Olivia R. Pajak and Henry R. Pajak; his siblings-in-law, Kristen A. Perkins (Roland L. Perkins), Mark D. LePore, Noelle M. Yeomelakis (Michael A. Yeomelakis), Jennifer L. Earle (LePore) and Ralph J. LePore Jr.; his friends, Neil A. Chauvin and Kenneth L. King; his close friends, Kimberlee S., Lon M. Miyahira and Kevin M. McCurley; and his pets, Ally, Bosco, Tucker and Meowgi. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins.
