Dellaquila (Todd) of Ephrata, PA; her grandchildren, Robyn Montgomery (Daniel) of Jamison, PA, Thomas Campbell IV (Niki) of Novelty, OH, Jeffrey Dellaquila (Gina) of Philadelphia, PA, Victoria Smith (Brian) of Chesterland, OH, Lauren Burd (Paul) of Baltimore, MD, Terry Bennett (Maura) of Millbury, MA and Michael Bennett (Donna) of West Virginia; her great grandchildren, Abigail, Miles, Lincoln of Thomas, Liam, Ada, Julian, Genevieve and Campbell; her sister Pat Ryan of Aurora, CO; her son-in-law Edward Bennett; and her parents, Anthony Makulski and Angela Makulski (Kasierski). She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
