She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Hoag of Worcester; her brothers, Richard Chouinard (Veronica) of Northborough, Roger Chouinard (Carol) of Provo, UT, Bruce Chouinard (Cindy) of Baldwinville and Gary Chouinard (Ginny) of Tucson, AZ; and her granddaughter Leah Hoag of Weymouth. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
