She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Forsythe and Bertha Forsythe (Rodnick); her former husband Robert Proulx; her husband Edward Charbonneau; her son Seth Proulx; and her brother-in-law Doug Woeller.
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Welsh (Daniel); her stepchildren, Donna Harris (David), Carol Charbonneau, Gary Charbonneau (Darlene) and John Charbonneau (Heather); her sisters, Cathy Woeller and Susan (Donn Clarke); her grandchildren, Lindsay, Hayley, Jake, Alexis and Ryan; her great grandchild Oliver; and her siblings' children, Lisa, Jim and Nathan.
