Houlihan-Hoover; his former wife Lucy Hoover of Texas; his children, Elizabeth Hoover of North Carolina and James Hoover, Jr. (Kim) of Texas; his stepson Timothy J. Van Dam (Jackie) of Connecticut; his brother Neil Hoover (Martha) of Mississippi; his sister-in-law Lori Dupont (Steven) of Connecticut; and his close friend Cinnamon. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
