Mackowiak (Record) of Dudley; her close friend Mark Robbins of Thompson, CT; her children, Jacob Mackowiak (Danielle) of Dudley and Trinnity Robbins of Dudley; her siblings, Michael Mackowiak of Norfolk, VA, Debra O'Leary of Webster and Judy Daigle (Joey) of Dudley; and her grandchildren, Riley Mackowiak of Dudley and Sadie Mackowiak of Dudley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
