He was predeceased by: his sister Anna; and his parents, Franciszek Siuzdak and Zofia Siuzdak. He is survived by: his wife Anna; his son Christopher; and his siblings, Maria Gnida, Mieczyslaw Siuzdak, Krystyna Zdeb and Stanislawa Sarzynska. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Chapel of Our Lady of Czestochowa Starting. A Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Saint Joseph's Basilica (53 Whitcomb St, Webster, MA 01570).
