Laura Vear Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Laura Vear (Webster, Massachusetts), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 17, 2025. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Laura Vear to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Laurent Tetreault and Joan Tetreault (Duval); and her brother David Tetreault of New Hampshire. She is survived by: her husband James D. Vear of North Grosvenordale; her children, India Rose Vear (Jerrett Sartelle) of North Grosvenordale, Leslie Fontaine (David) of Woodstock, John Vear (Jennifer) of North Grosvenordale and Donna Vear Hamilton (Brian) of Pomfret; her grandchildren, Korina, Samantha, Adam, Jennifer, Collin and Eli; her great grandchildren, Amara, Mallory and Nico; and her pets, Shad, Brie and Shiloh.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Connecticut Audubon Society – Center at Pomfret, 218 Day Road, Pomfret Center, CT 06259.
