Czyzewski (Kisielewski); his sons, John Czyzewski (Dorothy) of Norfolk and Mark Czyzewski (Monique) of Worcester; his grandchildren, Dr. Vanessa Davis-McKay (Kyle) of Dallas, TX, Laura Botzler (Jason) of Devon, PA, Timothy Czyzewski (Laura Linville) of Arlington, VA and Joanna Czyzewski (Nick Shayler) of New York, NY; his great grandchildren, Jack, Tim, Ben Botzler and Jamie Czyzewski; his sister Nancy "Honey" Capistrand of Southbridge; his daughter Alane Davis; his close friend Theresa Jankowski; and his parents, Anthony Czyzewski and Aniela "Nellie" Czyzewski (Kasprynska). He was also cherished by many nephews and nieces.
The family requests that flowers be omitted and instead memorial contributions be made to the Fund for Saint Joseph's School, 47 Whitcomb St., Webster, MA 01570 or to Project New Hope (which is an organization which assists veterans struggling with food insecurity), 70 James St. Suite 155 Worcester MA 01603.
