He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Gervais and Barbara Gervais (Russell); his wife Donna Gervais (Salvatore); and his sister Theresa Audet. He is survived by: his siblings, Ronald Gervais (Donna) of Douglas, MA, Robert Gervais of Maine, Paul Gervais of Worcester and Beverly Poulin (Dennis) of New Hampshire.
